Projahnmo Research Foundation and Congressia Host Training on Basic Research Methodology and Scientific Writing
Dhaka, 04 October 2025- Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF), in collaboration with Congressia, organized a day-long training program on Basic Research Methodology and Scientific Writing at the National Academy for Training and Development (NAPD) Bhaban, Katabon, Dhaka. The event brought together nutrition students from universities across Bangladesh for an intensive, hands-on learning experience.
The workshop was presided over by Dr. Salahuddin Ahmed, Executive Director and Scientist at PRF, and Dr. Fazle Rabbi Khan, Advisor at Congressia. Expert trainers from PRF conducted sessions on key components of research, including basic research principles, research ethics, study design, field implementation, abstract writing, and scientific paper reading.
Throughout the day, sessions were marked by lively discussions and active engagement. Many attendees expressed interest in longer or follow-up sessions focusing on practical research applications. Participants also took part in pre- and post-training assessments to measure their learning progress.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony and group photographs, marking the end of a day that participants said strengthened their enthusiasm for research.
