Conflict of Interest under PRF’s Financial Policy

Section J: 8 — Conflict of Interest

1. 1. No employee, officer, any member of his/her immediate family, his/her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated herein has a financial or other interest in the PRF shall be selected for an award of contract or procurement order( Format under Attachment – J 5 (Conflict of Interest - COI) )
   
   
2. 2. The officers, employees and agents of PRF shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from the vendors or parties.
