1. Delivery Location: PRF, Sylhet Office, Naz Am House, Focus-5, Baluchor, Sylhet.

3. Contract person for Quotation of Financial Issues: G.M. Nurul Haque (01719637083)
4. Delivery Deadline: 3-5 Working Days after receiving formal work Order.
5. Payment Terms: A/C Payee cheque after deduction of Tax (AIT)
6. Quotation Validity: Minimum 30 days
7. Required Documents: - Valid Trade License, VAT/BIN Certificate, TIN Certificate- Bank Details
8. Quotation Submission Deadline: 13/08/2026 (CoB) 9. Submission Method: shakilislam@prfbd.org or gmnhaque@prfbd.org or signed copy to PRF Office, 97/A Alokdia, Level 7, Road -25, Banani, Dhaka.
