Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) invites quotations from qualified vendors with ready stock for the supply of NeoNatalie Complete. As this is an urgent procurement, only vendors with the requested item(s) readily available in stock are requested to submit quotations.

Terms and Conditions
1. Vendors must have valid Trade License, BIN, TIN and PSR.
2. Price must be inclusive of all taxes (VAT may be shown separately).
3. Product catalogue must be submitted with quotation.
4. Delivery must be completed at designated locations as per Work Order.
5. Delivery & installation must be completed within 05 days.
6. Delivery Challan & GRN must be collected after delivery.
7. 100% payment after successful delivery & documentation.
8. Vendors must have similar supply experience.
9. Vendors must follow PRF Code of Conduct.
10. PRF reserves right to accept/reject any quotation.

Bidder Non-Collusion Statement
PRF strictly prohibits collusion and will disqualify all such bids. Collusion includes family members, same ownership companies, or employees submitting multiple bids.
