Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Supply of Medical Equipment

RFQ No.: PRF/BD/ACS-IR/2025/01

Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) invites quotations from qualified vendors to supply electronic baby weighing scales. The details are as follows:

Terms and Conditions

1. 1. The quoted price should include VAT and Tax, which will be deducted at source according to the government policies.
2. 2. The supplier must deliver all the equipment within 14 (fourteen) days of signing the work order.
3. 3. The supplier must follow the Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy of PRF in every step of operation.
4. 4. After successful delivery of the items, the vendor must take the signed delivery challan from the recipient.
5. 5. Payment will be made after successful delivery and goods receipt note from the recipient.
6. 6. The supplier must provide 03 (three) years full replacement warranty for the machine.
7. 7. All necessary accessories, as well as the warranty and service/maintenance for the equipment for at least three years, should be included in the price.
8. 8. Proven ability to deliver high-quality equipment in due timeline.
9. 9. Previous experience of successfully delivering at least 50 (fifty) electronic baby weighing scales in one work order.
10. 10. Previous experience of successful accomplishment of procurement and supply of medical equipment for MOHFW/Renowned Private Hospital /INGO or major development partners.
11. 11. PRF reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full/one or all proposal without assigning any reason.

Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations through the following email address - info.prfbd.org , including the following information:

• • Unit price for each weighing scale includes 5 years full replacement warranty
• • Delivery timeline
• • Proven track record of supplying and installing at least 50 (fifty) similar equipment within Bangladesh in one work order
• • Company profile, trade license, Tax and VAT registration
• • Details of Bank Account

Bidder Non-Collusion Statement

PRF collusion and will disqualify all bids where collusion is detected. Collusion happens when related parties submit separate bids for the same tender. Collusion includes situations where:

Examples of Collusion:

1. a) Members of the same family submit separate bids for the same tender
2. b)Separate companies owned by the same person submit separate bids for the same tender
3. c) Employees of a bidding company submitting separate bids through companies they own for the same tender
4. d) ) Partners in a bidder submitting separate bids under their own names/ companies they own for the same tender

It is a collusion for a person to be involved in more than companies/ businesses submitting a bid to the same tender. Collusion will lead to PRF disqualifying the involved Individuals or companies from that tender as well as disqualify them from submitting bids for future tenders. In addition, PRF may share information relating to this collusion with other international aid organizations operating in the region, leading to loss of business opportunities for the colluders.

Quotations must be submitted to info@prfbd.org no later than 13 June 2025, 5:00 PM. Or Quotations Receiving Place: PRF Head Office (Floor 7, House 97A, Road 25, Block A, Banani, Dhaka-1213).
