ACS-IR Study Review Meeting Held at Sylhet Women’s Medical College Hospital
Sylhet, 16 September 2026 —Today, the ACS-IR Study Review Meeting was held at Sylhet Women’s Medical College Hospital.
The meeting was graced by the presence of Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Mannan Sir, Chairman, Department of Neonatology, Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), and Prof. Dr. Ferdousi Begum Madam , Immediate Past President of OGSB.
The meeting was also attended by the Managing Director of Holy Sylhet Holding Ltd, Vice Principal, Assistant Director of SWMCH, Heads of the Departments of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics, senior physicians from both departments, and senior staff nurses of the hospital.
Representatives from Projonmo Research Foundation (PRF), including the Deputy Directors and other study team members, were also present.
The meeting provided an important platform to review the progress of the ACS-IR Study, discuss ongoing activities and challenges, and strengthen collaboration among the hospital leadership, clinical teams, and the study team.
