Two Diamedica CPAP Machines Handed Over to JRRMCH Under the ACS-IR Study
Sylhet, 08 October 2026: —As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening neonatal healthcare services, Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) recently handed over two Diamedica CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines to the Department of Pediatrics at Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College and Hospital (JRRMCH) under the ACS-IR Study.
The equipment aims to support the hospital in providing respiratory support to newborns experiencing breathing difficulties, contributing to improved neonatal care and better patient outcomes.
During the handover ceremony, Dr. Daniel Hossain, Deputy Director of PRF, explained the objectives of this support initiative. Other PRF team members were also present at the event.
On behalf of JRRMCH, faculty members from the Department of Pediatrics gratefully received the equipment and expressed their sincere appreciation to PRF for its support. They also expressed their hope for continued and further support from PRF to strengthen neonatal healthcare services at the hospital.
