PRF Sylhet Team Visits an Enrolled PROPS Trial Participant in Zakiganj
Sylhet, 14 October 2026: —The PRF Sylhet team visited an enrolled participant of the PROPS trial in Lamar Gram Union, Zakiganj Upazila. During the visit, Deputy Director of Sylhet Field Operations Dr. Md. Daniel Hossain, Project Manager of the PROPS trial Dr. Md. Saimon, Project Manager of the PROPS trial, Mr. Dipan Kumar Roy, CHW, and IOA were present. During the visit, the baby’s health status was assessed. According to the mother, the family was satisfied with the support and services provided by PRF. During the visit, the team advised the mother to take the baby to Sylhet Women’s Medical College Hospital (SWMCH) for proper diagnosis and treatment, as the baby was experiencing a problem with her left shoulder. Following the advice, the baby was taken to SWMCH, where she received consultation and treatment from a senior consultant.
