Dr Sayedur Rahman has been working with Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) in the position of Deputy Director - Research since January 2019. Before joining PRF, he worked at Johns Hopkins University - Bangladesh (JHUB-Projahnmo), International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). Dr Rahman has more than 15 years of experience in maternal, neonatal and child health, health services and health systems research. He has extensive experience in research and evaluation, with particular expertise in cluster randomized trials, large-scale surveys as well as with community and facility-based evaluations of interventions and programs. To date, he has authored nine scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals, one of which as the first author. Dr Rahman is a medical graduate and is trained in medicine, health systems and basic epidemiology.
