PRF Celebrates Silver Jubilee on January 21, 2026
Dhaka, January 21, 2026 – Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) marked its remarkable 25-year journey with a felicitation of Professor Abdullah H Baqui, the founder of PRF, and a Get Together of Stakeholders/Partners/Well-wishers/PRF staff.
The program kicked off with a warm welcoming speech by Dr. Salahuddin Ahmed, Executive Director, setting an inspiring tone for the day. Guests then enjoyed a delightful Pitha Uthsob, celebrating Bangladeshi tradition and culture, followed by a festive lunch that encouraged connection, conversation, and community.
A highlight of the celebration was the heartfelt expressions of gratitude to Prof. Dr. Abdullah H. Baqui, the visionary founder of Projahnmo Research Foundation. Participants acknowledged his pioneering contributions to advancing maternal and child health research globally and his unwavering commitment to improving lives in Bangladesh.
Over the year, PRF has witnessed the profound power of partnership- the trust, generosity and shared commitment continue to glorify a meaningful journey in shaping a healthier, more resilient future for PRF.
